Did a complete retrofit of this hair salon in Alameda. Created 2 store fronts from empty space: A café/restaurant on one side, and a hair salon on the other. The retrofit includes new framing, new electrical/mechanical/plumbing, sleeper floor system, custom cabinets and storage space, ADA bathrooms, and custom in-laid tile flooring.
