Complete renovation of the exterior façade and retrofit of the building. The exterior and interior was completely demolished. Work included:

• New footing and new framing where needed
• Installed barrel tile to match existing style
• Reproduced all metal and historical elements
• Rebuilt old cornice from 2nd floor to roofline
• New staircase and elevator
• New electrical, sewer and water pipes
• New bathrooms on 1st and 2nd floor
