Fabrication Shop

Over the course of our history, DC Construction has worked on an extensive array of projects across the greater East Bay. We have experience in all types of construction jobs: residential, commercial and governmental, and are as skilled and comfortable with a small bathroom remodel as we are with a commercial building renovation and restoration.

Below is a sampling of the many projects we have completed. While most are large-scale projects, we handle jobs of all sizes. We specialize in residential remodels and have won awards for our work on them.

		Residential DC Construction specializes in award-winning residential remodels. We have over 100 years of industry experience and over 23 years of being a licensed contractor. We use that experience to create remodel projects that excite and far exceed our clients' dreams and expectations.

		Historical Restorations
		DC Construction also specializes in reconstructing historic buildings to original condition using today’s standards for code and materials.

		Fabrication Shop One of the reasons we are able to provide high-end residential and historic renovations is through our own Custom Fabrication Shop, which is located in our Oakland office. We can reproduce vintage moldings that have been unavailable for years. This allows us to reconstruct businesses and homes, and to bring these locations back to their original look and feel while using today’s modern and sturdy materials.
