Renovation of historic two-story commercial and restaurant building in the heart of Oakland's Chinatown 

• Complete retrofit of the entire 15,000 square foot commercial space

• Complete rehabilitation of exterior façade with new balcony + railings

• Historical reproduction of the exterior moldings + trims

• New footings + framing

• New underground sewer system + new electrical system

• New tile roof, elevator, and grand staircase

• 4 new ADA bathrooms

• Acted as consultant to the architect, owner, and City of Oakland’s Historical Board for the design of the building from start to finish

• Project featured in the San Francisco Chronicle after DC Construction completed its preservation and restoration
