Full renovation of a historic Queen Anne-Victorian home purchased with extensive fire damage.
DC Construction was contracted to do the following work:
Foundation replacement and new concrete footings
New structural supports/steel and shear walls
Restoration of original exterior window, porch, door and roof details
Electrical + plumbing upgrades for full code compliance
Recreation of original inlaid mahogany flooring with borders
New window installation and reframe all window and door openings
Replicate interior and exterior trim to match the original
Replace old boiler system with new hydronic system
