Modernized and retrofitted a circa 1923 Julia Morgan (Hearst Castle architect) commercial building into loft condominiums.
DC Constructed was contracted for the modernization and retrofitting of the Golden Bridge Lofts, a SOHO inspired condominium complex built back in 1914. The following work was completed for this project:
Conversion of the existing 5 story + basement, commercial structure to 20 residential -live/work units and one ground floor retail unit, basement.
The Golden Bridge Lofts condominium complex was previously utilized by the Golden Bridge Beverage Company. As such, DC Construction utilized its custom fabrication shop to pursue this adaptive reuse project in-kind.
