Architecturally significant 1938 Streamline Moderne style bank retrofitted into retail spaces.
DC Construction was contracted to do the following work:
Over 30,000 square feet
Extensive seismic strengthening and utility upgrades
Steel seismic bracing on the ground floor allowed opening the building to the street, creating retail spaces accentuated with dramatic full height glass and transom windows with nine foot tall doors
